Our branch in Chelsea has an opening for a Customer Relations Representative. The right candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing positive relationships with our clients.
- Answer billing, claims, and coverage inquiries, both in person and via telephone.
- Manage and process daily paperwork.
Skills Required:
- Prior office and Customer Service experience required.
- MUST be bilingual in either Portuguese or Spanish.
- Strong verbal, written and organizational skills a must!
- Ability to solve problems.
Insurance experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Compensation based on skills and experience.
